As a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, training is not an option. It is essential. To be a better Jiu-Jitsu, you need to discipline and introduce your body to build the muscles and gain the energy you need.
Consistently thinking about training might be a sign that you’re obsessing over Jiu-Jitsu but don’t worry! This is a promising sign that you are keen, determined, and eager to become the best.
Jiu-Jitsu requires a high level of mental focus, and to have this. You have to train each day, eat the correct quantity of food, and get rid of everything that distracts your focus.
Applying what you learned from Jiu-Jitsu, like controlling your anger, having more ample patience, or showing respect to anyone, is a habit that’s worth holding.
Purpose and fulfillment
